About the Artist

Pam was born in Leamington, England in 1942 and immigrated to Canada in 1953.

She has always been creative, and enjoys both acting and painting. In the 1960's, while working as a teacher in Peel region, she earned a Supervisor's Certificate in Art from the Ontario College of Art. She earned both an English Honours Degree and a Degree in Fine Arts from York University.

Travelling and family activities put Pam's artistic endeavours on hold until her retirement in 1997. Since then, she has been studying with Steve Rose, Lila Lewis, Brian Smith, and John Leonard.
